For regular FKM and Silicone, their high temperature resistant is close, over 200℃ in hot air at static state. About media resistant performace
Common FKM is not good at steam resistant, but Silicone does.
However, at chemical resistant, such as acids and oils, FKM is much better than Silicone does.
